GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Our charters run 7 days a week
Closed on public holidays unless requested 

  • In the case of bad weather that would make the charter unsafe, we will postpone the charter and prioritise rescheduling to the next available day.

  • Yes you can cancel or reschedule your booking if it falls within 7 days of charter taking place. 

    Please note we only offer full refunds if the charter has been cancelled on our behalf due to unable weather conditions.

  • On full day charters we will provide a light meal (either sausage sizzle or bacon & egg rolls) along with water. We do recommend you pack food if you wish and all alcoholic beverages are strictly BYO. 

  • All of our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. They are non-redeemable for cash and must be used in a single transaction.
